Honest-1 saw a need to fix what was wrong with the customer-care experience in auto care and redefined how the entire experience should look and feel — from the customer service members at the front desk to the waiting areas and amenities available where customers spend most of their time. Honest-1 was not content to only be the best option for all aspects of service work, but also wanted to be a place where any car owner would feel comfortable spending time. Plus, Honest-1 smartly uses technology to review mechanical issues by showing customers their vehicles and service issues in digital animation so that they can actually see what their vehicle needs, and not just hear it from the customer service manager.
